Shipping policy

* For virgin hair wigs allow up to 14 business days for wig to be made for you( might be earlier than that) and 3-4 business days excluding weekends to receive your wig via shipment.

For Raw hair wigs allow 14-21 business days to custom make your wig, takes time for vendors to supply raw hair due to the nature of it. Allow 3-4 business days to received your wig when ready.

* Once wig ships out, you will receive email notification of your order with tracking.

*Please note once wig is handed over to courier service and tracking sent out to you we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your wig, kindly contact the courier service with the tracking number given to  settle issues involving your order.
