honestly the lady was so sweet and kind! she was really good at communication and she absolutely slayed my wig! i asked her to customize it and she did exactly what i asked! i was really excited when i got it and it fit perfectly on my head, definitely will be purchasing another one from her! i also washed it and the hair was still good! honestly feel like it’s going to last me forever it’s the best purchase i’ve made!
